A cozy retreat for couples

The room was set up perfectly for lounging after a long day and watching TV without being on the bed it was a nice change. The furnishings felt updated and comfortable like they really cared about how you felt in that space.

The charm of this hotel is undeniably inviting, with modern furnishings and a cozy layout that offers a unique watching experience for football games. Unfortunately, the service at breakfast was painfully slow and the renovation noise was disruptive at times. It’s important to know that the property is under heavy maintenance right now.

Room had a nice, clean appearance with comfortable bedding. Unfortunately, staff issues during peak hours made service slow. Enjoyed having bike rental available for local exploration.

The lounge and bar area were a great place to relax, and the HBO channels were a pleasant surprise.

the bathroom had some plumbing issues. but the room was well designed with a cozy sofa and ottoman facing the large TV. the bedding was cozy and we appreciated the modern touches throughout the space.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The location is convenient, only a short drive to New Orleans, which is a plus. The bed was very comfortable, but our room needed better housekeeping. The bistro offered limited breakfast options. A little more attention to details would enhance future visits. Consider requesting a room away from the pool for quieter nights.

Saltwater pool was a nice unwind after tours.

Upon arrival, the front desk failed to find our reservation, causing significant delays. Housekeeping didn't clean our room during our stay, despite multiple requests. The amenities advertised were lacking due to ongoing renovations, leaving us frustrated with our experience.

My stay was pleasant! The saltwater hot tub was amazing, and my room had gorgeous city views. However, the breakfast options were pricey and not very filling.

Despite the lack of a full restaurant, a staff member made our check-in experience great, and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. I appreciated the fresh look of the hotel, even amidst renovations.

It was just a top selection for a short layover in Metairie with fantastic value for money. Check-in was a bit chaotic as they initially lost our reservation, which was frustrating.

The king room with a sofa bed was super comfy. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area. The bathroom was well-equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. Staff were awesome, and breakfast had varied options with great coffee. Nice visit overall.
